I think I need to clarify my hours of operation.
I try to make myself available. I ask please no personal messages after 10pm until 8am. Most days I am up early and will address any messages left here. Thank you for your cooperation.
Is cTc compatible for the Hearing Impaired
At the present time LIVE TV is not compatible for the hearing impaired. There are a few programs that include closed captions but not enough to deem it compatible. On my ON DEMAND side closed captions are available on most shows. If needed I have a different live program that can be setup at an extra cost that can provide CC aslong as the show itself provides them.
Why do I need a surge suppressor
Many home electrical system experience spike in your electric current. The boxes can be destroyed by a spike.I suggest that all boxes be plug into surge suppressor rated 1500 joules or greater. This will sufficiently protect your investment
Do I need to upgrade and how will I know when to upgrade
Upgrading is very important to give your box up to date. First off Live tv upgrades automatically ON Kodi which is on demand you will be notified when an update is needed. Instructions are posted in the File Cabinet or reach out to us and a staff member can assist you Again it is very important to keep these apps current. Also make sure your Real-DEbrid subscription is current.Log into Real-Debrid.comand it will tell you how many days are left. You can upgrade this at any time.
Does cTc offer local channels
We do offer local station. Not only here but many from across the nation, If you are buying this for just local stations it is cheaper to buy an antenna. They are reliable about 98% of the time. If there is a problem please report it. If it can be fixed immediately it will. if it is a streaming problem you may have to wait until the backup stream kicks in.
Is there a payment Plan available for the initial setup
Please contact us to discuss this. In certain situations a 90 plan with low interest can be worked. Certain terms will apply
